An autonomous organization

In order to develop the best strategy to meet the needs of its customers and its market, Stockpralim has adopted an organization by department, each one dedicated to a scope of activity and with the required human and technical resources: 

Stockpralim’s employees are divided into six departments all reporting directly to the CEO :

  • Sales Department
  • Logistics Department
  • Procurement/Purchasing Department
  • Marketing Department
  • Financial Department
  • IT Department

 This structure allows Stockpralim to understand all the functions related to its business and to guarantee the required autonomy needed for its proper functioning.
